P90X Workout Sheets
P90X workout sheets are documents that make it easy to track your daily progress when you use the P90X home fitness program and nutrition plan. These worksheets are available on many different websites for download in either PDF or Microsoft Excel format depending on your personal preference. Regardless of which of these formats you choose you will have the tools you need to monitor your progress. This will show you in black and white just what you are getting done with the P90X Home Fitness Program.
P90X workout sheets in the spreadsheet format of Microsoft Excel include separate sheets for each specific workout routine. This makes it easy to see exactly what is being done and what needs to be done at a glance on any specific day. With these worksheets you will be able to chart the amount of weights you are lifting as well as how many repetitions that were done in relation to a specific workout.
Also included in the P90X workout sheets is a place to document whether you have performed the cardio workouts or not as well as logs for keeping track of such things as measurements and weight as well as other notes over the course of the program. These worksheets keep track of everything you do in the P90X program and even do the math for you. This means you don't have to be bothered with the confusion of calculating this yourself. Simply enter the relevant numbers in the proper places and let the P90X workout sheets do the work for you.
If you prefer a printed copy of the workout sheet that you can keep track of yourself then the PDF workout sheets will be your best bet. The PDF format of these P90X workout sheets work in much the same way as the downloadable Excel worksheets with a few minor exceptions. The first and most obvious of these differences is of course the fact that the PDF format is printed out on paper rather than simply being downloaded onto your computer.
The other most noticeable difference between the PDF and Excel formats is that with the printed copy you will have to perform all computations yourself. While for some this may be easy to do there will be others that may find this task daunting. In the case of individuals such as this it would probably be in your best interest to stick with the Excel version of the P90X workout sheets for tracking your progress.
